1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Birthday Wishes for Friend regarding the Site at https://birthdaywishforfriend.com. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase digital cards.

Related policies are part of your relationship with us: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Goods Policy.

2. What the Site offers

Birthday Wishes for Friend provides:

• Informational wish guides with birthday messages for friends, organized by friendship type, style, and language;
• A digital card store with friend-only birthday card designs sold as instant WebP downloads for $1.00 USD each (unless a page states a different price).

The Site is focused on friendship gifting. Product availability, collections, and page content may change as we improve the catalog.

3. Accounts and accuracy

You may browse many pages without an account. Checkout may allow guest purchase or account creation. You are responsible for accurate billing details and for keeping login credentials confidential.

Provide a working email address. Digital delivery depends on that email and on access to your order/download area after payment.

4. Orders, pricing, and taxes

Prices for digital birthday cards are shown on card pages in USD unless otherwise stated. A listed price of $1.00 means one digital card file for that design, not a physical mailed card.

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, if the item cannot be delivered, or if pricing/inventory errors occur. If we cancel after charge, we refund the charged amount according to our Refund Policy.

Applicable taxes or payment-processor fees may appear at checkout based on your location and payment method.

5. License to use digital birthday cards

When you purchase a digital birthday card, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the WebP file and use it for personal gifting: printing a reasonable number of personal copies, or sharing digitally with the birthday recipient and close contacts involved in that gift.

You may not:

• resell, relicensing, or redistribute the file as a product;
• upload the file to stock, template, or clip-art marketplaces;
• claim authorship of the artwork;
• use the design as a trademark or brand logo;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the catalog.

6. Free wish guide content

Birthday wish text on the blog is provided for personal inspiration and personal messages. You may copy and adapt wishes for your own birthday notes to friends. You may not scrape the Site to build a competing commercial wish database or republish our guides as your own product.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to break security, overloading servers, posting unlawful content, harassing others, or using the store for fraudulent payments.

Card artwork and wishes are meant for friendly birthday communication. You are responsible for how you use messages and images you send to others.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, collection structure, card artwork, logos, and original copy are owned by Birthday Wishes for Friend or its licensors. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership of the artwork.

9. Disclaimers

Wish guides are creative suggestions, not professional advice. Digital files are provided “as is” for personal gifting. We work to keep downloads working, but device compatibility, printer quality, and messaging-app compression can affect how a WebP looks on a specific screen or print.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or required by consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birthday Wishes for Friend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or digital files.

Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where consumer law says otherwise.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of birthdaywishforfriend.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the store or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
