This Privacy Policy applies to https://birthdaywishforfriend.com (the “Site”), operated under the brand Birthday Wishes for Friend. The Site publishes birthday wishes for friends and sells digital birthday card downloads organized by friendship type.

If you buy a card, create an account, leave a review, or email us, this policy explains how that information is handled.

2. What information we collect

Information you provide

• Order details: name, billing email, billing address fields required by checkout, and order notes you add.
• Account details: if you create a customer account, your login email and profile fields you choose to save.
• Support messages: the content of emails you send to contact@birthdaywishforfriend.com, info@birthdaywishforfriend.com, or respond@birthdaywishforfriend.com.
• Optional content: reviews, wish-list style notes, or form fields you submit on the Site.

After a successful payment for a digital birthday card, we use your order email to send confirmation and download access. Download files are digital WebP assets for personal gifting and printing.

Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout session, and logged-in account working. Without them, buying a digital card can fail.

You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails using the link in those emails. Transactional order emails are still sent when needed to deliver your purchase.

The Site is intended for adults buying or browsing birthday wishes and digital cards for friends. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age required in your region). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact contact@birthdaywishforfriend.com and we will delete it where required.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our store practices, tools, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
